2. Object
These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale of services and products on the Provider’s Website. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms without reservation.

3. Acceptance of Sale Terms
Before placing an order, the Customer must read and accept these Terms. A link to these Terms is available at the bottom of each page on the Website, and they must be accepted prior to completing the order. 4. Contractual and Non-Contractual Documents
These Terms and Conditions include the following contractual documents:

Non-contractual documents, such as product images and illustrations, are for informational purposes only.

5. Orders
By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions, which take precedence over any conflicting terms. Orders are final, and no cancellations will be accepted without the Provider’s written consent. Payments made in advance will not be refunded unless agreed upon in writing. Late deliveries will not result in compensation or order cancellation.

Service Specifications:
The Provider provides clear and detailed descriptions of services before the Customer places an order. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure the service meets their needs. The Provider is not liable for any issues resulting from the Customer’s choice.

6. Payment
Payment Methods:
The Customer may choose from the following payment options:

– Bank transfer
– Bank check (subject to clearance)
– Account payment

Once a payment method is chosen, the Customer will be redirected to the relevant payment page. The Customer must have authorization to use the selected payment method. By providing payment details, the Customer authorizes the banking institution to charge the total amount due for the order.

Payment Timing:
For credit card payments, the Customer’s account will be charged once the Provider confirms service availability.

7. Personal Data
The Provider collects and processes Customer data to manage orders, customer accounts, and prevent fraud. All personal data is kept confidential and handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Complaints
For any complaints, the Customer can contact the Provider’s customer service via:
Phone: +33 09 81 80 30 79
Email: contact@intactintegrity.com

9. Validity of General Conditions
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by law, the remaining provisions will still be valid and enforceable. Changes in the law or legal decisions will not affect the overall validity of these Terms.

10. Choice of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before seeking legal action.

If either party wishes to address a dispute, they must notify the other in writing via registered mail. If the dispute is not resolved within 15 days, it will be submitted to legal resolution.
